The calendar element gives you a web-based solution for event and meeting management, allowing remote workers access to their appointments. There are both group and personal calendars available. TASK
Tasks allows you to create, assign, monitor and track all your personal and group work items. It can be set to mail/popup reminders. Tasks are available in both group and personal sections. DOCUMENTS/VIRTUAL DRIVE
